One of The REACH Foundation’s goals is to support and enhance the educational experience of Suffern Central students. This year, the focus of our grants will be STEAM — Science Technology Engineering Art Math. The “A” in STEAM stands for the art, creativity, and innovation in STEM which includes, but is not limited to, architecture, graphic design, and computer generated art.
The Marci Linke Scholarship for Outstanding Community Service is a $5,000 award that goes to a deserving graduating senior or seniors. Over $40,000 has been awarded in our founders name to these exemplary young volunteers.
The REACH Foundation of Rockland Inc. offers grants to all teachers in the Suffern Central School District for the purpose of enhancing educational programs and/or teaching curricula. The REACH Foundation has awarded over $150,000 of grant money to date and continues to offer many grants each year.
